This is not a clipboard-and-conference-call management job. You will be boots on the ground, building systems, developing and serving people, and driving results across three high-producing dental practices in one of the fastest-growing corridors in Texas. COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $80,000/year
- Performance bonus opportunity: up to $30,000/year
- Total earning potential: up to $110,000/year

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- 3 practices, ~57 team members, 3 Office Managers as direct reports
- Team Culture development
- Revenue growth targets: 5-20% YOY per location
- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining 85% staff retention
- Quarterly review system -- 100% compliance across all sites
- Running on EOS -- rocks, scoreboards, weekly OMs 1-on-1, morning huddles, quarterly all-hands
YOUR SCHEDULE
- Full-time, salaried, 45 hours/week
- Monday through Friday, no weekends
- 70% hands-on in offices, 30% strategy and systems work
