We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative!
We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and great with people to support our clients and handle calls, messages, and inquiries.
No insurance experience required — just a great attitude and a heart for helping others. We provide full training, licensing support, and license reimbursement. Strong communication skills and basic computer skills are a must. Bilingual skills are a plus!

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and messages with professionalism and care
- Generate leads and follow up
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing, payments, and basic changes
- Update and maintain accurate client information and records
- Follow up with clients for documents, renewals, or missing info
- Provide a friendly, trustworthy experience that builds long-term relationships
Experience
- Customer service or office experience preferred, but not required — we provide full training!
- Comfortable using computers, typing, and entering information accurately
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
