Position Overview:
We are looking for a personable, organized, and driven Chiropractic Assistant to support daily operations and deliver top-tier care to our patients. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume setting, is comfortable interacting with a diverse patient base, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist chiropractor with patient care and therapies
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Perform front desk and administrative duties
- Help with insurance verifications and billing
- Communicate clearly with patients about treatments and procedures
- Contribute to social media efforts and clinic promotions (a plus)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred in one of the following:
Chiropractic office
Medical office setting
Communications or customer service field
- Comfortable in a high-volume office
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Personable and professional demeanor
- Social media and digital communication experience is a plus
- Must be available full-time
