ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced operations leader to own our entire supply chain and fulfillment function end to end. This role will report directly to the founder. You'll manage factory relationships, daily purchasing, inventory accuracy, wholesale order operations, and a small but growing in-house team. The right person has run operations at a product-based DTC or wholesale brand, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is ready to build systems that don't yet exist.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Manage vendor relationships across factories, including daily ordering with our Costa Rica production partner and Rhode Island plating facility
- Work with data analyst on executing quarterly purchasing cycles for always-stocked materials including chain, gemstones, and packaging
- Lead implementation and ongoing ownership of our inventory management system (Cin7 Core), replacing our current Google Sheets and Zapier infrastructure
- Maintain accuracy of in-house inventory organized by school and Greek collection, including monthly cycle counts and bin location management
- Oversee wholesale (B2B) order fulfillment pipeline in partnership with our wholesale coordinator, ensuring on-time delivery and account satisfaction
- Manage, schedule, and develop the fulfillment team including senior associate, fulfillment associate, engraver, and seasonal staff
- Run a daily operations standup and drive the AM order placement process to ensure same-day accuracy
- Track and communicate factory production status, flag delays early, and own exception resolution with vendors
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce errors, increase throughput, and reduce founder dependency on daily ops
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–6 years of operations, supply chain, or fulfillment experience at a product-based brand, ideally DTC or wholesale jewelry, accessories, or apparel
- Experience owning vendor relationships and placing purchase orders — you've talked to factories and know how to manage a supplier relationship professionally
- Hands-on with inventory management software; experience with Cin7, Brightpearl, Katana, or a similar platform is a strong plus
- Comfortable in Shopify Plus; bonus if you've worked with Shopify B2B
- Strong organizational instincts — you build systems and checklists because you know what happens when things fall through the cracks
- Experience managing a small team; you're a player-coach who leads by example on the floor when needed
- Clear, proactive communicator — with vendors, with the team, and with leadership
