Job Description
We are seeking a senior Creative Content Production Coordinator to architect, lead, and manage the end-to-end production pipeline for all visual assets, including photo, video, and design collateral. This is an operational leadership role responsible for translating our creative vision into scalable, consistent, and high-quality media output across all brand channels.
The Manager will be the primary owner of creative flow and organization, focusing on systems design, resource allocation, and quality control. This role requires proven management experience, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of media production logistics to ensure the creative team operates efficiently and delivers on strategic marketing and design project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography and Videography shooting and editing needed. Marketing-focused.
- Creative Team Ownership: Manage creative team members, graphic designers, and visual artists. The goal is to learn the brand voice and keep other in voice.
- Production Workflow and Process: Design and implement streamlined creative processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content intake, production, review, and deployment.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) Ownership: Architect and enforce the organization, maintenance, and technical integrity of the entire visual asset library (DAM), ensuring assets are accessible, cataloged accurately with metadata, and compliant with brand standards.
- Media Production Oversight: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all photo and video content needs for campaigns, product launches, and digital channels, managing budget and timelines.
- Quality Control & Brand Alignment: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards and technical specifications for all media output to ensure absolute consistency and alignment with the luxury brand aesthetic and marketing objectives.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central liaison between Marketing, Design, Sales, and external media partners, ensuring project dependencies are tracked and creative deadlines are met with urgency and rigor.
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Creative Production, Media Operations, or a Creative Services management role.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing content creation workflows and managing creative personnel (teams or vendors).
- Expert proficiency in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and best practices for asset governance, metadata, and accessibility.
- Strong understanding of photography, videography, and post-production processes, moving from hands-on execution to strategic oversight.
- Exceptional organizational skills, project coordination ability, and experience leading complex, cross-functional creative projects.
- Executive-level communication skills for managing stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and directing creative output.
