The RoleThe Customer Success Data Analyst – Implementation & Execution will support KYG Trade™ customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption by owning critical data analysis, data readiness, reporting, configuration support, and customer-facing execution activities across the Customer Success organization.
This role is designed for someone who can operate at the intersection of data analysis, SaaS implementation, customer success, and trade compliance operations. The analyst will help customers prepare and validate product, supplier, classification, origin, FTA, screening, and workflow data so KYG Trade™ implementations can move from discovery to configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live adoption with discipline and clarity.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, customer-facing, and comfortable working with messy enterprise data, implementation templates, system exports, workflow outputs, user analytics, and cross-functional project teams. This person should be able to translate data findings into clear customer-ready summaries, identify risks before they become blockers, and support implementation teams with practical execution.

· Partner with Customer Success Project Managers, Implementation Leads, Solution Architects, trade SMEs, Product, Engineering, AI, and customers to define data requirements, templates, mapping needs, validation rules, and acceptance criteria.
· Prepare, clean, transform, compare, and validate customer data sets for platform configuration, migration, testing, workflow setup, AI-assisted classification, FTA qualification, supplier solicitation, restricted party screening, and reporting use cases.
· Create customer-ready analysis outputs including data readiness summaries, validation trackers, issue logs, user analytics reports, classification progress reports, attestation summaries, adoption metrics, and executive-friendly status views.
· Assist with platform configuration and implementation setup activities, including customer data uploads, user/workflow setup support, LOV/reference data review, test data preparation, and coordination of environment readiness.
· Support user acceptance testing by preparing test data, tracking defects or configuration gaps, validating expected outcomes, documenting findings, and coordinating follow-up with internal teams.
· Help customers understand data dependencies and downstream operational impacts by explaining how data quality affects classification, FTA/origin analysis, screening, supplier engagement, audit records, and reporting outcomes.
· Participate in customer workshops, office hours, trainings, and implementation meetings to capture data-related requirements, clarify open questions, and provide practical guidance to customer stakeholders.
· Track data-related risks and blockers across implementations, escalate issues early, and help maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and implementation status materials.
· Develop reusable templates, checklists, data dictionaries, validation methods, reporting formats, and playbooks that improve implementation speed, quality, and repeatability.
· Support internal CS execution by maintaining account-level analytics, customer usage insights, onboarding metrics, implementation dashboards, and operational reporting as needed.
· Collaborate with Product and Engineering to document data issues, workflow defects, reporting gaps, customer enhancement requests, and recurring implementation pain points.
· Operate with high attention to detail and a strong customer-service orientation, ensuring deliverables are clear, accurate, timely, and ready for customer or leadership review.
