$500 sign on bonus - 50% to be paid at 30 and 60 days of employment
Location: Paris address but is in North Middletown just outside of Paris
Hours: Flexible throughout the week- with exception of Thursday- this is 8am -3:30 pm in person in North Middletown office.
Type: part-time with the potential to become full-time
Compensation: 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Responsibilities
- Reception Work:
- Greet and check-in patients
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Handle phone calls and patient inquiries
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Patient Care:
- Take and record patient vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc.)
- Assist with patient intake and preparation for examinations
- Support the healthcare team with patient care tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related healthcare role is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Base pay will be reviewed for increase after the first 1–3 months based on performance.
