KXLG Radio is hiring a Full-Time Sales & Marketing Specialist!

In this position, you’ll represent a growing multimedia platform—selling both radio advertising and digital marketing solutions, including social media, online display, video, targeted campaigns, and more. Sales experience is preferred.
You will be meeting with clients, understanding their unique advertising needs, and crafting solutions that help grow their business through the combined power of radio and digital. This person should have a great personality, be self motivated, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

You will start on a base salary and transition to commission pay.
