We specialize in digital marketing strategy, website development & SEO, content creation, and videography. Clients hire us to create integrated digital marketing strategies that generate leads or sales. Half our clients are B2B and half are B2C.
We have offices in Orange County, CA, San Diego, CA, and Atlanta, GA
KWSM is a fast-paced agency with a lot of moving parts. We need a tenacious air traffic controller who loves the thrill of a high-volume environment.
As our Marketing Workflow Manager, you are the heartbeat of the agency, ensuring our creative team stays productive and our clients stay informed. Are you a confident self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love systems and processes and have experience managing multiple projects at once? Can you juggle priorities and not miss any details?
At KWSM, you will be part of a driven, hard-working team, while enjoying the balance of a hybrid schedule and every other Friday off. We take career development seriously, and love to train & promote leaders.
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including web designers, copywriters, videographers, and marketing strategists, to ensure our work is executed seamlessly.

- Drive the daily workflow. You’ll be managing the priorities for our designers, writers and strategists, ensuring that tasks move forward every single day
- Be the ultimate problem solver. When a deadline is looming or a creative block happens, you step in to pivot the team and keep momentum high
- Translate ‘agency speak’ for our clients. You’ll spend your day on the phone and email, providing proactive updates that make our clients feel prioritized and protected
- Measure the success of our systems and consistently identify areas for improvement
The ideal candidate will possess these superpowers:

- You thrive on variety. Managing five different client industries in one afternoon sounds exciting, not exhausting
- You always know exactly where a project stands without needing to check a spreadsheet

- You love systems and believe that if it isn't in the system, it doesn't exist
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in a marketing agency
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different personalities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
