looking for a Digital Content Manager to lead the charge at KWQC,

someone who doesn\'t just follow digital trends but sets them. You\'ll

be the architect of our streaming future & the heartbeat of a newsroom

that\'s evolving on purpose.

Duties/Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Lead the streaming charge:** Own the strategy & execution for KWQC\'s
  
  

streaming platforms, ensuring we are the go-to source for live, local

content.\

• Mentor and manage:** Lead a talented digital team, providing the
  
  

coaching & vision they need to produce high-impact content every single

day.\

• Teamwork skills:** Youre a collaborator at heart, able to work across
  
  

departments to achieve our collective goals.\

• Innovate social strategy:** Develop creative, \"outside-the-box\"
  
  

ideas to expand our social media footprint & engage our community where

they live.\

• Drive a digital-first culture:** Work side-by-side with the newsroom
  
  

to ensure every story is optimized for digital platforms from the jump.\

• Analyze and pivot:** Use data & analytics to track performance,
  
  

identifying whats working & where we can push the envelope even

further.\

• Own the \"First\" mentality:** Foster a culture of urgency where being
  
  

first to digital is the standard, not the exception.
