The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of property management, including coordinating tenant services, managing lease agreements, and ensuring proper maintenance of the property. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sacramento, CA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in property management or related field
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi,Box, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Experience with AP and coding
- Experience with budgets (CAM rec experience a plus)
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
Full Time or Part Time Considered - Hourly $28 - $33 / hour
