Position Summary

Kwolywem Services, LLC is seeking a General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Asset Management Specialist to support ongoing efforts at various U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) Readiness Divisions (RDs), the 9th Mission Support Command (MSC), and Army Reserve Funded Installations (ARFIs) both in the Continental United States and abroad. In this role, the SME will apply a full range of analytical and professional abilities in evaluating Real Property Audit Readiness, Compliance support, and execute day-to-day real property transactions in GFEBS such as acquisitions, disposals, and capital improvements.

This is a full-time position that will include a combination of working onsite and short-term assignments at sites supporting Real Property assets in the inventory for the USAR. Travel to locations inside and outside of the Continental United States may be required with advance notification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide Real property support services while working directly with Realty staff at the local Directorate of Public Works (DPW) to execute day-to-day real property transactions and administrative and technical support for the USAR.
  • Analyze Real Property records to identify, analyze or resolve discrepancies identified on the Installations Real Property Inventory (RPI).
  • Provide standardized reports to the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers Directorate Real Property Branch.
  • Review and validate physical documentation related to each asset listed on the RPI, ensuring the documents meet the requirements identified in the Army Real Property Audit Readiness & Compliance guidance, standards and related Army and/or USAR regulations.
  • Manage data from multiple Government Systems of Record and support and advise the Government on the best use of the data supporting their various operational and business aspects.
  • Prepare various memorandums for record (MFR) and documentation needed to complete acquisition and disposal actions of real property assets.
  • Input or create asset records and validate and/or correct data utilizing General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), ensuring all assets are audit compliant with the Chief Financial Officers Act (CFOA).
  • Perform administrative tasks and assignments that require the regular and consistent use of discretion and judgment
  • May require field validation of the Installation Real Property Inventory by conducting in-depth base-wide surveys of base facilities, office space, and equipment information.
  • Process or create data supporting Real Property asset records or folders, supporting such elements as; DD1354's, Memorandums for Record (MFR), Attestation Memo's, Asset Photos, etc.
  • Responsible for supporting Government DPW Real Property and Master Planning personnel in daily administrative tasks as requested.
  • Providing technical expertise and assistance for increasing the customer's productivity through GFEBS and other related systems/software such as ASIP, HQIIS and ePRISMs.
  • Recommending project and program enhancements to improve productivity.


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher required.
  • Must have two (2) years of GFEBS experience in managing Real Property.
  • Must obtain and maintain the following GFEBS roles:
    • Real Property Maintainer
    • Real Property Viewer
    • Real Estate Contracts/Space Utilization Maintainer
    • Real Property Inventory Inspection Processor
    • Business Partner Maintainer
    • BI PP & E Reporter
    • BI PP&E Real Property Viewer
    • BI Managerial Reporter


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Professional demeanor. Position will require interface with Government customers and frequent collaboration with Military and Government civilian personnel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications required, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Power Apps.


Clearance and Licenses Requirements
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and is required to complete and successfully pass a Department of Defense National Agency Check. Possession of current NACI or Secret Clearance a plus.
  • Candidate must hold a current, valid US driver's license.
  • Candidate must have an active Government Travel Card or valid passport/Real ID.
  • Must be able to gain and maintain access to a military installation and military systems, to include GFEBS and Local Area Network access.


Physical and Travel Requirements
  • Ability to perform daily physical activity required.
  • Ability to walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to travel 10-25%.
  • Must be able to travel within five business days for CONUS missions and ten business days for OCONUS missions.
