Company Overview

Kwiksave Logistics is an established final-mile, same-day and time-critical logistics provider operating throughout Canada and the United States. We are expanding our U.S. owner-operator network and are seeking professional independent contractor courier drivers for a new dedicated account in the Boise, Idaho market.

The Opportunity

We are building our initial Boise operator team for time-sensitive courier deliveries throughout Boise and surrounding areas, with shipments originating primarily in the Southeast Boise area.

This market has a strong concentration of local deliveries, making it an attractive opportunity for reliable owner-operators who want consistent courier activity without relying primarily on long-distance work.

We are looking for high-availability contractors who want the opportunity to become core operators in a new Kwiksave market as we build our Boise network.

Compensation

• Earn 65% of applicable transportation revenue
• Potential earnings of approximately $4,000–$6,000 per month for high-availability lead operators
• Additional earning opportunities for qualifying after-hours, weekend, long-distance, waiting-time and heavier shipments
• Commission-based independent contractor opportunity
• Earnings vary based on shipment volume, distance, services performed and contractor availability
• Shipment volume and monthly earnings are not guaranteed
• Independent contractors are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, maintenance, taxes and operating expenses

Responsibilities

• Accept time-sensitive courier shipments based on your availability
• Complete primarily local deliveries throughout Boise and surrounding areas, with occasional longer-distance shipments
• Provide flexible daytime, evening, overnight and weekend availability
• Deliver shipments within required service windows
• Update shipment and tracking information through mobile applications
• Maintain regular communication with Kwiksave dispatch
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations
• Promptly communicate delays, service issues or other challenges to our operations team

Availability

We are seeking dependable contractors with flexible availability throughout the week, including daytime, evening, overnight and weekend periods.

High-availability contractors will be prioritized during our initial onboarding and pilot phase and will have the opportunity to establish themselves as core operators as the Boise market develops.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Own and operate a reliable, well-maintained passenger vehicle
• Current vehicle registration and insurance
• Smartphone with reliable data service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and customer-service-oriented
• Dependable and responsive to dispatch communications
• Ability to safely handle courier shipments
• Ability to meet applicable background and driving-record requirements
• Reliable driving history
