Pay Range: $22.09 to $28.80
Shift: Morning/Afternoons
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip, Inc. is currently seeking Seasonal Help for our BRAND NEW DeForest Distribution Center that opened in November of 2025. Our 286,000 square foot Distribution Center plays a key role in our vertical integration efforts. The Distribution Center will have a team of 200 co-workers responsible for providing approximately 90 percent of the various products sold at our store locations.
Join our Seasonal Distribution Center crew where you will be responsible for material handling within our dry, cooler, and freezer locations to support our retail locations. The position may involve using a Power Pallet Jack, Stand on Fork Lift, some hand stacking. Note: All co-workers are cross trained to work in the entire warehouse as needed.
This position offers a $5 an hour premium for working weekends (7:30pm Friday through 6:59am on Monday). Also a $1 an hour premium while working in the freezer.
Qualifications:
- Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks
- Work well with others
- Possess basic math aptitude
- Read, understand and interpret numbers
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Work in a safety conscious environment
- Prior order section, Fork Lift, Power Pallet Jack and Reach Lift experience is a plus.
Physical qualifications: lift/carry up to 60 pounds to 60 inches, 40 pounds to 72 inches, and 20 pounds to 82”; push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently; work in -20 – 90 degree F temperatures
Work Schedule: 10-hour shifts, with weekend days included. This schedule does include holidays as well. Candidates are required to commit 1 full weekend shift per week. With the potential to work 40 hours per week during busy times (summer months).
