Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
The Petroleum Supply & Pricing Coordinator plays a critical role in driving profitability and ensuring fuel supply continuity across our network. This position sits at the center of supply balance, and logistics execution—working closely with Kwik Trip’s Dispatch, Procurement, and Accounting teams to drive profitability and optimize the fuel portfolio.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily petroleum pricing and supply allocations to support department profitability
- Process and maintain daily fuel price files with accuracy and speed
- Communicate buying activity and supply plans with Accounting and Dispatch teams
- Monitor and verify fuel liftings to ensure compliance with supply directives
- Track allocation progress and adjust plans in real time with Logistics
- Analyze market movement and product availability and share insights with leadership
- Accurately perform and communicate pricing adjustments across the various systems
- Track terminal outages and maintain detailed loading and supply records
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of professional experience (petroleum or logistics experience preferred, not required)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple daily priorities
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational systems
- Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fastmoving, operational environment
