Pay Range: $32.80 to $49.19

Kwik Trip, Inc. As a Maintenance Supervisor where you will be responsible for supervising a team of Maintenance Technicians on the DeForest campus.
Job Description:
Member of Facilities Management team responsible for assisting in coordinating all aspects of maintenance and repair type work to equipment, buildings, grounds, and utility infrastructure for the DeForest campus. Prioritize and guide team activity for a team of Maintenance Technicians.
Regular tasks include:
- Supervise direct reports to accomplish maintenance and repair activity within budgetary guidelines.
- Establish priority for, plan, assign, and direct work.
- Assist in Coordinating purchasing and installation of equipment.
- Monitor inventory of replacement parts and supplies
- Ensure day to day productivity and operational efficiencies are achieved.
- Administer computerized maintenance management system for work order activity and assets.
- Support the DeForest campus manager.
- Perform emergency maintenance as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required, Two-year associate degree in industrial maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical Design, or equivalent work-related experience and similar degree.
- Five or more years’ experience working in a maintenance related technical field and 2 years supervisory role within a maintenance department or similar technical field.
- Knowledge of automated equipment, processes, and GMP practices
- Experience with fire suppression systems, HVAC, building controls, three phase power, general utilities, project management, budgeting.
- Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and work effectively with others.
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to support and meet department deadlines.
- Possess good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and applicable codes or regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Maximo, or similar CMMS, experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate and knowledge of hand and power tools.
- All candidates must be able to work safely while maintaining food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Physical qualifications: stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift; sit/bend/reach/twist and stoop/kneel/crouch/grip frequently; lift/carry up to 80 pounds occasionally.
Work Schedule:
Scheduled 45 hours/week typically Monday through Friday daytime hours; however, you may have evening and weekend shifts as needed, as well as some occasional overnight stays.
