Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
IT Project Analyst
Location: La Crosse, WI | Onsite then Hybrid

About the Role:
Kwik Trip is looking for an experienced IT Project Analyst to lead network infrastructure projects that keep our enterprise connected and secure. You’ll manage initiatives like LAN/WAN upgrades, SD-WAN deployments, wireless expansions, and VoIP implementations—ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead cross-functional network projects and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Analyze scalability, risks, and performance; recommend upgrades and vendors.
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain project documentation and provide leadership with status reports.
- Support escalations and post-implementation reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree or higher in IT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in network project leadership and project management.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, routing/switching, firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage timelines and budgets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and network diagramming tools (e.g., Visio).
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNA or CompTIA Network
- PMP or CAPM
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
