Pay Range: $53,680.12 to $80,519.92
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip’s Petroleum Department is seeking a Fuel Account Support Analyst 1. In this role the individual will be responsible in assuring external on-site fuel delivery customers are managed and retained.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage on-site fuel delivery execution
- Develop quoting techniques
- Create orders for logistics
- Maintain reporting on delivery performances
- Report on KPI’s
- Retain external customer base
- Manage external relationships for on-site fuel delivery customers
- Develop standard touch points to grow the Kwik Trip & customer partnership
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in finance, Business Management, Economics
- Knowledge of petroleum industry standards
- Basic knowledge of fuel deliveries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Basic understanding of Transportation Operations and Logistics
- Ability to multi task and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication skills
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; evenings and daytime hours are required
