Kwik Trip, Inc.'s IT department is seeking a skilled OnBase Platform Developer

Job Description:

As an OnBase Platform Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, configuration, and customization of various OnBase modules and services. Your work will support and drive the growth of Kwik Trip by enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers, coworkers, and suppliers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our OnBase platform aligns with business objectives and provides scalable, efficient solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conceptualizing, designing, coding, testing, implementing, documenting, and supporting high-quality applications within the OnBase platform.
• Developing no-low code workflows, scripts, configurations, and user interfaces to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
• Operating within an Agile Kanban framework to prioritize and deliver features and enhancements.
• Communicating and collaborating with IT coworkers, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Remediating incidents and resolving issues within your aligned modules, ensuring compliance with Change Management processes.
• Driving the growth, integration, and adoption of the OnBase platform across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing platform value.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with the OnBase platform, specifically in development, is required.
• Hyland System Administrator, Workflow Developer, and API certifications are preferred. Candidates who do not currently hold these certifications will be required to obtain them within the first year of employment.
• Knowledge of the following technologies and tools is highly desirable:
• OnBase Studio, Configuration, Unity Forms Designer, SQL Server Management Studio
• Scripting languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Applicable data privacy practices and laws
• All phases of system development and project management

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, daytime business hours (Between 7 AM – 5 PM Central) or as needed to perform duties, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
• Hybrid Work Schedule: This position allows for a rotating hybrid work schedule with one week being 2 days in, 3 days out and the following week being 3 days in, 2 days out.
• Flexible Work Schedule: This position allows for a flexible half day every other Friday.
