What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread Packaging Coworker position at Kwik Trip, Inc.?
Our state-of-the-art Bread and Bun Plant located in La Crosse produces over 20 varieties of bread and bun products for approximately 800 retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy our multiple bread and bun varieties.
Join our Bread Packaging Crew where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to package our delicious bread products.
Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday working 7:00am to 5:00pm (possibility of overtime on Wednesdays)
Qualifications: Accurate/detail orientated; work in a fast-paced production environment; basic math aptitude; work well alone/as part of team; willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks; work in a noisy environment frequently; work in a safety conscious environment; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards.
Prior production or baking experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical qualifications: stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; work in temperatures of 70-90 degrees F; kneel/squat occasionally; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally; lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.
