What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli Associate position at Kwik Stop?
We are looking for some new faces to join our Team
- Deli Manager: 7 to 3 (Monday - Friday)
- Deli Clerk: 2pm to 10 pm
Benefits: Paid bi-weekly - Holiday pay – Paid vacation -$300 sign on bonus paid at 90 days - Medical/Dental/Vision plans with HSA Account (FT only)

Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment for the store, following company guidelines, operating all assigned equipment safely and efficiently, completing all store task and duties assigned by management, being timely and punctual with attendance, and maintaining personal grooming and appearance at all times.
Kwik Stop is a customer service driven company. Because of this, we are looking for individuals who like a friendly, fast paced atmosphere, have a great attitude, can provide consistent customer service, and can work in a team environment.
Your Road to Success can start here if you have:
- Must be able to properly lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to remain standing for an 8 hour shift
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to handle and cook various food items.
- Ability to rotate and date food service items appropriately
- Must be able to maintain a clean work area and follow health code guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
