What We Offer
Reporting to the Field Merchandising Supervisor, the Field Merchandiser will execute in-store merchandising resets, special projects, and fixture installations. Merchandising includes implementing various marketing initiatives and performing resets in new and remodeled locations.

Requirements
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Minimum Experience: 2-5 years retail experience
Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on merchandising experience. Proven track record in convenience retail management. Familiarity with multiple retail environments and product categories. Experience conducting resets.
Licenses/Certifications: Required Courses and Training Programs (if Applicable)
Soft Skills
Hours and Conditions: Typically, Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day
Driving Requirement: Daily driving of Company vehicle is required. Need exceptional driving record
Physical: Physical - lifting items (40-50 lbs.), kneeling, standing for long periods of time, moving merchandise, loading and unloading equipment into vans, carrying equipment and product into stores, working in coolers and or freezers for extended periods of time, etc.

Reporting to the Field Merchandising Supervisor, the Field Merchandiser will execute in-store merchandising resets, special projects, and fixture installations. Merchandising includes implementing various marketing initiatives and performing resets in new and remodeled locations.
Responsibilities
- Complete set up of new or remodeled stores, including fixture set-up, product merchandising and posting of all signage
- Update acquired sites to Loaf N Jug merchandising standards
- Implement vendor funded resets and Loaf N Jug programs, usually large scale resets requiring fixtures and/or accessories. Includes cooler resets requiring glide changes, candy resets needing labels, OTP resets requiring additional shelves, etc.,
- Implementation of difficult Marketing initiatives. Projects too cumbersome to be completed by either store staff or DM’s
- Monitor proper execution of promo plans including product displays and signage
- Special projects
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Requirements
