Job Overview
Kwik Pantry is hiring Retail Sales Associates/Cashiers for our two Mathis, TX stores: 101 Hwy 359 S and 703 N Front St. You'll be the friendly face of the store - ringing up purchases, keeping shelves stocked, and making sure every customer has a fast, great experience.
Pay & Schedule
- $10-$12 per hour, paid weekly
- Full-time and part-time schedules available (roughly 15-40 hours/week)
- Flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends
What You'll Do
- Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; keep the store clean and organized
- Verify ID for age-restricted purchases (tobacco, alcohol, lottery) per Texas requirements
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude
- Comfortable standing and moving during a shift
- Prior cashier or customer service experience a plus, but not required
