Automotive Lube Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Manager to oversee our Quick Lube Facility and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and support staff
- Coordinate daily service operations to meet customer needs and expectations
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and mechanical repairs
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in automotive service management or a related field
- Proficiency in using power tools and automotive diagnostic equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of leading a successful team in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with automotive repair processes
- Previous experience as a service technician
