What we need from you:
- Ethical conduct and a drive to achieve performance goals
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage our team
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer and employee issues professionally
- Hands-on approach to leadership and technical productivity
- Understanding that speed is essential in our fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and train new hires
- Proficiency in POS software systems such as ISI LubeSoft (training provided)
- Inspector Badge or willingness to test for one
- Commitment to achieving sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Dedication to maintaining a presentable store appearance and ensuring excellent customer service
