Pay Rates: Minimum Pay: $16.00 per hour and Max Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Position Purpose

The Team Member delivers exceptional customer service while supporting all aspects of convenience store operations, including cashiering, food service, merchandising, inventory management, sanitation, and facility maintenance. This position helps ensure a safe, clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for customers and employees while maintaining compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Required:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Preferred:

• Previous retail, convenience store, food service, hospitality, custodial, janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience.
• Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and stooping.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning, stocking, food preparation, and merchandising tasks.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, hand tools, ladders, food service equipment, and other store equipment.
