Little Debbie Snacks is seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Merchandising Driver (sub-contractor) for the North Central Indiana area. This position plays an important role in delivering and merchandising Little Debbie products while providing excellent customer service in a stable and growing sales territory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Little Debbie products using a 20-foot box truck
- Stock and merchandise products to maintain attractive, full displays
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide great service
- Monitor inventory, rotate product, and maintain freshness
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Delivery or merchandising experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to safely enter and exit the box portion of the delivery vehicle throughout the workday
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Available mornings Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
- Must live within 30 minutes of Rochester, Indiana or be willing to relocate
