Compensation and Benefits
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at $210,000–$220,000. This range represents the company’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting.

About the Role
Kwaan Tech is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist with CTR expertise to join a diverse, mission-driven team supporting strategic program evaluation, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts for a high-visibility federal customer. This role requires exceptional analytical ability, strong experience in business process improvement, and the capability to support both steady-state and surge operational environments.
The selected candidate will contribute to developing and evaluating programs, policies, and organizational strategies that enhance mission effectiveness. They will play a key role in providing technical analysis, analytic strategy support, and decision support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Evaluation & Analytical Support
- Develop and implement evidence-based programs, policies, and organizational structures
- Analyze effectiveness of strategies used by programs, policies, and organizations
- Evaluate factors contributing to variability in program or organizational performance
- Support refinement and development of support agreements
- Provide technical writing, quality assurance (QA), and program reporting
- Deliver decision support to senior leaders and assist with industrial base management
Business Process Optimization
- Conduct continuous improvement analysis using internal and benchmark data
- Support daily operational processes, including surge requirements
- Develop, refine, and monitor metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Perform statistical analyses of production, schedules, performance, services, and product usage
- Conduct business process mapping and performance measurement activities
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate record-keeping for visualization, production, communications, and dissemination activities
- Ensure quality and consistency across visualizations, briefings, and reporting products
- Conduct ad hoc and recurring analytic tasks such as surveys, stakeholder analyses, and process improvement studies
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly (must be in place prior to start)
- 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience
- Prior Military Experience required
- College education preferred
- Proven CTR experience supporting complex mission environments
