This is a high-impact role for someone ready to shape and lead the company’s internal IT operations from the ground up. - Operate and maintain Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive
- Secure and manage Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Purview
- Provide Tier 1-2 user support in a hybrid work environment
- Administer and troubleshoot cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or similar environments
- Perform basic configuration and support of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Lead IT compliance efforts for ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and CMMC Level 2
- Manage IT asset inventory, software licensing, and third-party vendor relationships
- Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and cost tracking
- Design and scale the internal IT team in alignment with business growth
- Experience supporting government contractors or working within compliance-driven environments
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Defender, Intune, and Purview
- Working knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
- Understanding of basic networking principles, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with ISO and CMMC standards and how they apply to internal systems
- Ability to support users directly and build IT systems from the ground up
- Demonstrated, verifiable past performance in similar roles
- No degree or certifications required
- CompTIA Security , CASP , or CySA
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Administrator
- CISSP or CISM
- ITIL Foundations
