What You'll Do
- Oversee the full revenue cycle for In?Home Care services, from authorization to billing to reimbursement.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process enhancements that reduce errors, accelerate cash flow, and strengthen compliance.
- Partner with scheduling, payroll, and care coordination teams to ensure accurate service documentation.
- Monitor KPIs and produce clear, actionable reports for leadership.
- Ensure alignment with state regulations, payer requirements, and nonprofit financial standards.
- Support system upgrades, workflow redesigns, and cross?department training.
- Strong analytical and problem?solving skills - you can spot patterns, diagnose issues, and build solutions.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or financial operations (home care or Medicaid/Medicare experience is a plus).
- Ability to translate data into insights and insights into action.
- Comfort working with large datasets, billing platforms, and reporting tools.
