KW Vermont is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Assistant Team Leader to help attract, develop, and retain talented real estate professionals across Vermont.

The primary focus of this role is attracting both new and experienced agents to a firm known for industry-leading training, coaching, technology, collaboration, and proven business models.

You will:

 Build relationships with prospective agents

 Conduct career conversations

 Communicate the KW Vermont value proposition

 Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline

 Support new agents as they become connected and productive

 Represent KW Vermont at industry and community events

We are looking for someone who is driven, confident, organized, goal-oriented, and energized by helping others succeed. This is a salaried position with bonus opportunities.

Real estate industry experience is preferred but not required. A Vermont real estate license is helpful, but we are equally interested in candidates with strong leadership potential, communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships.
