Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional to help our real estate agents get the most out of the technology tools that power their businesses.
As our Market Center Tech Trainer, you'll serve as the go-to resource for technology training and support. You'll help agents learn new systems, troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and build confidence using the tools available to them. If you enjoy teaching others, solving problems, and making technology easy to understand, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level technical support for agents and staff
- Train individuals and groups on Keller Williams technology platforms and business tools
- Assist new agents with technology setup and onboarding
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions
- Create simple, effective resources and guides to help users learn technology independently
- Troubleshoot software, account, and system issues and help users find solutions
- Identify common technology questions and develop training to address them
- Stay up to date on technology updates, new features, and industry trends
- Communicate technology changes and best practices to agents and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for helping others succeed
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting training sessions
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in training, teaching, customer support, coaching, or technology support is preferred
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required
