KW Steel City is looking for a driven, competitive Inside Sales Agent to help fuel the growth of our real estate organization by identifying, engaging, and setting qualified appointments with talented real estate agents.
This is not a passive lead-follow-up position. You will spend the majority of your day actively creating conversations with real estate professionals, building relationships, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for our leadership team to meet with agents who may be ready for something more.
Your activity will have a direct impact on the growth of the organization and your compensation will reflect it.

- $75,000 Expected Annual Earnings
- $40,000-$45,000 Base Salary
