- Greet incoming and outgoing guests
- Manage reservations, provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting and seating list
- Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, provide chair assistance and menu presentation along with server’s name
- Maintain reception area, dining area and working areas clean at all times.
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly, or for special occassions)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assist servers as needed

- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
