Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Ellsworth, ME, allowing a combination of in-office and remote work. The primary responsibilities include facilitating real estate transactions, building client relationships, conducting property showings, creating competitive market analyses, and negotiating contracts. The position requires a proactive approach to customer service, maintaining knowledge of market trends, and delivering exceptional support to clients throughout the home-buying or selling process. Success in the role is defined by achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering positive client experiences
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Knowledge of Real Property principles and practices
  • Experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Familiarity with the Ellsworth, ME real estate market is an advantage
  • Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus
