Responsibilities:
- Continue to run your Brokerage and agents with additional Keller Williams systems, tools, and benefits
- Leverage Keller Williams to help your agents and brokerage grow
- Use and leverage Keller Williams training to push your agents to do more sales
- Perform all brokerage and agent duties as applicable
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License to work with clients and earn commissions
- A broker's license is required
- If you are a producing team under a brokerage, we can explore team and brokerage benefits
- Brokerage must meet production requirements
- Brokerage and agents must be ethical and have good morals
- Real estate licenses are required for practicing real estate agents, per state compliance
- Must live within driving distance of the office
- Must have working rights in the USA
