Compensation:$145,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities
- Communicate with property owners, investors, and prospective sellers
- Conduct property research and analyze comparable market data
- Prepare and present offers while assisting with negotiations
- Maintain consistent follow up and accurate records within the CRM
Qualifications:
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- A real estate license is required
- Commission opportunity

- Must live within daily driving distance of the office
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Interest in acquisitions, investments, and real estate analysis
- Self motivated with excellent organization and follow up skills
