What are the responsibilities and job description for the Market Center Tech Trainer & Director of Agent Services position at KW Coastal Living III?
Are you a licensed Florida real estate agent with a passion for technology and training? Do you love helping others succeed and have a knack for social media? KW Coastal Living III is looking for a part-time tech-savvy leader to join our team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Onboard and train agents on KW Command and market center technology
• Build and manage our monthly training calendar
• Own our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Be the go-to resource for agents needing tech support and guidance
• Help us build a world-class agent experience from the ground up
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Active Florida real estate license (required)
• Knowledge of KW Command (preferred)
• Social media content creation experience
• Organized, reliable, and great with people
• Comfortable training individuals and groups
THE DETAILS:
• Part-time: 20 hours per week
• $20 per hour
• Flexible scheduling
• Hybrid: in-person at our market center remote
