Role Description
This hybrid role as a Licensed Real Estate Agent combines both in-office work at our Sarasota, FL location with flexible opportunities to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and managing real estate transactions, conducting property market analyses, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining updated knowledge of the local real estate market. Agents will also engage in networking, prospecting, and building lasting client relationships to drive sales success.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License in the state of Florida
- Strong abilities in Real Estate market knowledge and understanding of Real Property laws and best practices
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on building relationships and meeting client needs
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation and contract management
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in technology and real estate software tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively with colleagues
