Compensation :

85,000 - $176,400 yearly

Responsibilities :

Actively engage with potential leads to boost sales performance and achieve desired outcomes.

Work closely with buyer and seller clients in Santa Monica to understand their individual home preferences and needs, ensuring successful completion of deals.

Implement a continuous consultation strategy by offering top-notch service and valuable advice to build strong client connections and foster repeat business.

Apply extensive knowledge of the Santa Monica community to address property inquiries and provide insights on neighborhood attributes.

Develop well-crafted purchase offers for buyer clients, streamlining the closing process for improved efficiency.

Qualifications :

Must be currently in the process of acquiring or already possess a valid real estate license specifically in California.

Should exhibit a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional advancement.
