? What You'll Be Doing: ?
- ?? Travel to meet with foster families and offer support (yep, there's driving involved!)
- ?? Be a crisis responder and offer on-call support when families need it the most
- ?? ?? Help train and recruit awesome new foster families
- ?? Lead meetings, attend court hearings, and work directly with families and kids to keep them safe and supported
- ?? ?? ?? ?? Provide direct services and connect families to local resources for extra support
- ?? Stay organized and get stuff done! (Yep, paperwork is part of the job)
?? What You Bring to the Table: ??
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field that is licensable by the Kansas BSRB
- 2 years working with kids and families required (bonus points if you've got experience in foster care)
- Licensed by the Kansas BSRB (or you've applied to get licensed)
- A driver's license and auto insurance (You'll need a car for this role!)
