Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to children and teens in foster care and adoptive placements under Medically and Socially Necessary services and WV Medicaid guidelines
- Deliver services in school settings, homes and community locations
- Develop, implement and adjust treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with families, schools, DoHS and community partners
- Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team and provide input on client progress
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with Medicaid, state and contract requirements
- Participate in a shared 24-hour on-call rotation
- Maintain expected productivity of 18–20 billable hours per week

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling or a related human services field
- Ability to obtain the highest level of licensure within two years, if applicable
- Minimum two years of experience in children and family services preferred
- Knowledge of the WV Medicaid program preferred
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (travel within assigned counties required)

- Home office based in Martinsburg
- Services provided across assigned counties
- Work occurs in schools, homes and community settings

Additional Requirements
- Adherence to all KVC policies, procedures and ethical standards
- Completion of required trainings, CEUs and documentation timelines
- Participation in supervision and required meetings
- Provide services in accordance with agency, state and contract guidelines
- Observe and report concerns related to child abuse or neglect in accordance with state requirements
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
