The Role
The Recruiter supports statewide recruiting initiatives by managing job postings, coordinating college relations, screening candidates, and maintaining recruiting data. This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition and program leaders to ensure timely, effective hiring.
What You Bring
Education
Associate’s degree preferred
Core Skills
Strong customer service mindset
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
Preferred Experience
One to two years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field
Experience recruiting for a 24/7 hospital or healthcare environment is strongly preferred
Requirements
At least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license
Valid auto insurance
What You’ll Do
Post job openings using job boards, social media, and professional associations
Coordinate and track college recruiting efforts, including internships and practicums
Maintain recruiting records and resources
Represent KVC at a minimum of two career or job fairs per quarter
Assist the Talent Acquisition Recruiter II in identifying and recommending new recruiting sources
Screen applicants for qualifications and alignment with role requirements
Maintain applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System
Collaborate with program leadership to prioritize critical hiring needs
Perform additional duties that support the mission and growth of KVC
