Job Summary

In this role, you’ll provide meaningful clinical counseling services—individual, family, and group therapy—to children and teens, with a special focus on those impacted by trauma. You’ll also collaborate closely with school staff, families, and KVC teammates to ensure every child receives the highest level of care and support.
Education: Master’s degree in social work or counseling
Licensure/Certification: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC OR LPC
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems.
- Requires analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details such as preparing nonrecurring reports.
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail.
- Must be able to work productively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
