Position Summary:
The Supervisor of Permanency Services oversees case management teams providing direct services to children and families, ensuring safety, permanency, and well-being through effective supervision, consultation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree licensable by the Kansas BSRB
Minimum three years’ experience in children and family services
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Licensure:
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
At least 21 years old
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and evaluate case management staff, providing guidance and support
Monitor case services and ensure adherence to program objectives and regulations
Coordinate therapeutic and community services for clients
Review and approve case documentation for quality and timeliness
Train staff on policies and compliance requirements
Serve as emergency contact and represent the agency in external meetings
Manage staff HR functions and oversee training completion
Collaborate with DCF, courts, and community partners to support client needs
