What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foster Care Case Manager position at KVC Health Systems?
The Foster Care Case Manager (FCCM) is responsible for providing, coordinating, and facilitating all case management services necessary to support the permanency goal for children who have been placed in out-of-home care by the court system.
The FCCM will intervene on behalf of abused and neglected children, testify in court when required, collaborate with community members and other disciplines to deliver comprehensive services to families, and develop an implement permanency plans for children who are in the custody of children's division.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related degree
Schedule:
- Hybrid-Remote Flexibility: The majority of your tasks will occur remotely or in the field, with 1-3 days designated for in-office responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years old to apply
- Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance.
Experience / Skills:
- Experience working with children and families in a trauma informed environment.
- FCCM I – Two (2) years related work experience.
- FCCM II – Three (3) years related work experience or master’s degree in a related field.
