Location: Office in Olathe or Mission
Serves families in the following counties: Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Atchison, Johnson, Jefferson

✨ What You’ll Be Doing: ✨
- 🚗 Travel to meet with foster families and offer support (yep, there’s driving involved!)
- 💪 Be a crisis responder and offer on-call support when families need it the most
- 🧑🏫 Help train and recruit awesome new foster families
- 💬 Lead meetings, attend court hearings, and work directly with families and kids to keep them safe and supported
- 👨👩👧👦 Provide direct services and connect families to local resources for extra support
- 📝 Stay organized and get stuff done! (Yep, paperwork is part of the job)
💡 What You Bring to the Table: 💡
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field that is licensable by the Kansas BSRB
- 2 years working with kids and families required (bonus points if you’ve got experience in foster care)
- Licensed by the Kansas BSRB (exceptions may be possible with degree and experience)
- A driver’s license and auto insurance (You’ll need a car for this role!)
- A compassionate heart and a passion for helping others
