Executive Vice President Inpatient Services

Camber is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Inpatient Services to lead inpatient operations, focusing on clinical activity, quality, safety, and financial performance.

Education:

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• Master's in a related health field preferred

Licensure/Certification:

• State licensure preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance

Experience:

• Healthcare leadership, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting and Goals:
  1. Prepare and deliver reports on progress toward annual goals.
  2. Develop and manage operational initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Financial Management:
  1. Assist with annual budgets.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial data for staffing and budgeting decisions.
• Performance Metrics:
  1. Develop and monitor performance metrics.
  2. Create business plans and analyze program costs.
• Resource Allocation:
  1. Guide resource allocation based on patient volume and priorities.
• Quality and Compliance:
  1. Ensure compliance with regulations.
  2. Facilitate improvement teams and monitor quality and safety.
• Strategic Development:
  1. Lead service line growth.
  2. Support professional development of staff.
