Director of Development – SLC KVC (Hybrid) | St. Louis, MO l Full-Time | Schedule: Hybrid, with minimum 3 days in office

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute strategic fundraising initiatives (individual, corporate, foundation giving)
• Manage a portfolio of ~150 donors
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts
• Build meaningful, long-term donor relationships
• Partner with leadership and foundation teams to drive impact
• Support events, donor tours, and major campaigns
• Meet and exceed fundraising goals while strengthening donor engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 3–5 years of successful fundraising experience (major gifts & corporate sponsorships)
• Experience with donor databases (Raiser’s Edge highly preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proven ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and executives
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for KVC’s mission

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends
• Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
