Case Aide

KVC Missouri Community Based Services
Location: Columbia, MO – primarily field-based work, with 1-3 days in the office for supervision and meetings.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with one late night per week*
Pay: $16.62-$17.78 per hour

Job Summary

• The Foster Care Case Aide offers supportive supervision to both children and their families, emphasizing the development of nurturing parenting techniques during visits.
• They take charge of transportation logistics for visits, foster care transitions, and appointments, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
• Their goal is to cultivate a positive environment for parenting and child growth, fostering stronger family bonds and reducing the risk of any harm to the child.

Education: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old to apply.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto insurance.
